A popular time to visit, with pleasant temperatures, blooming flowers, and clear views of the mountains. Late April–May is ideal for nature lovers, with rhododendrons and wildflowers in full bloom.
Fall (September–November)
A good time to visit with pleasant temperatures, dry weather, and clear skies.

A quiet time to visit with fewer tourists, but temperatures can drop below freezing at night. It’s a good time for photographers, with prayer flags against snowy backdrops. However, the main trekking areas are snowbound until late spring.
Monsoon season (June–August)
Best avoided, but some people still travel during July, the hottest month. Sightseeing is still possible.
