- The contract will not be effective between the service provider agency Pravas Holidays and the client until the full payment is received from the client.
- The agency (Pravas Holidays) has the right to make decisions for the following reasons:
- To cancel the contract prior to the service date. In such cases, the liability is limited to refunding the amount received from the client without any interest.
- To amend the route or timing of transportation services in unavoidable circumstances.
- Pravas Holidays cannot be held responsible for any improper services provided by third-party service providers apart from those officially confirmed by the agency. The Company is not liable for damages, loss of luggage, or any valuables caused by acts or defaults of management or employees of independent service associates such as hoteliers, airlines, or surface transport operators.
- Pravas Holidays is not liable for situations beyond the normal selection and inspection process, including acts of government authority, war, political disturbances, strikes, or natural calamities (e.g., landslides, floods, earthquakes). Any additional expenses resulting from these causes, such as delays or changes in itinerary, will be borne by the client.
- The agency shall not be liable under any circumstances for:
- Death, physical injury, sickness, or accidents.
- Illegal or immoral activities and penalties resulting from civic rule violations.
- Damage or loss of luggage or valuables.
- Pricing and Quotation:
- Prices quoted for services are based on fuel and related costs prevailing at the time of the quotation.
- Pravas Holidays reserves the right to revise rates due to changes in taxes, fuel costs, or other uncontrollable factors. Clients will be informed in advance and must pay the additional amount before the service starts.
